- The attic is a cozy retreat nestled among the rooftops of downtown Parma—a modern and comfortable space created on the top floor of a typical early 1900s house in the heart of Oltretorrente, an ancient working-class neighborhood of Parma, an enchanting place thanks to its rich history, with its cobblestone streets and colorful houses.
The attic is a completely renovated space, designed to offer maximum comfort in a compact setting.
During your stay, you can use the entire apartment and all the appliances provided.
Specifically, in the living area you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with:
- induction cooktop
- dishwasher
- electric kettle
- microwave oven
- capsule coffee machine (Nespresso-style)
- toaster
- hidden laundry area with washer-dryer, iron, and small ironing board
For your relaxing moments, you can sit on the sofa in front of the Ultra K HD smart TV with a dedicated Netflix account, enhanced by a TCL soundbar for an immersive audio experience, whether you want to watch a movie or listen to your favorite music.
The attic is entirely available to guests. The apartment, located in a small condominium with only 2 residential units, has a shared entrance facing the street.
The attic is not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children due to the narrow and steep stairs.
Additionally, during the summer months, you may hear live music coming from the bar across the street.
Restricted Traffic Zone: The accommodations are located within the Restricted Traffic Zone of the historic center. This guarantees a peaceful stay, free from traffic noise.
Guests who wish to do so can obtain a transit-only permit (no parking) for loading and unloading luggage by informing the host of their vehicle type and license plate number as soon as possible.
Climate Control: The home is equipped with modern air conditioning and heating to ensure a perfect temperature, controlled remotely.
