Nice easy, virtual check in. Clean and cozy room. No lobby or front desk. Outside is clean but could use some updating. I would stay again.

Cozy little rooms with modern amenities. Very clean and newly renovated. Even had a little Keurig. Quiet area on a main road near restaurants and stores. Super Modern 2-Bedroom Riverside Home @ RIT
Nice enough place however wasn't pleased that I had to take wet sheets from your washer and toss in the dryer if we wanted sheets for our beds. Also 1 roll of TP for 6 people wasn't going to last long so we bought some until a package was delivered

Charming 3-bedroom house in Rochester/UofR & RIT
Very musty causing all of our belongings to smell. Furniture uncomfortable. Good location to visit colleges.

Live in sophistication and elegance in your VRBO home
Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!
