Poor service with heavy price
"Over priced. The restaurant, "fine dining" was expensive with poor service. In the end, the hotel couldn't offer a receipt from restaurant visit and too much charged. I will not recommend this place and I would not return."

"Super inattendu ! TrĂšs classe! Super beau! Super high tech et moderne dans un environnement naturel et montagne ! Nous avions la villa Harlette qui Ă©tait bien placĂ©e avec un accent privatif au SPA! Nous sommes souvent de passage dans la region et nous reviendrons ! Merci Ă toute lâĂ©quipe!"

Basic Hotel that works well for a few nights.
"We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel while we were skiing in Gerardmer. The rooms are basic and serve their purpose. Breakfast was good. Do not order the Pierrade dish in the restaurant. They will serve you raw chicken with cooked French fries."
