”Las habitaciones no estaban tan limpias, me refiero a la bañera, no nos cambiaron los paños, tuvimos q llamar para pedir cambio de toallas. En el buffet, en dos ocasiones nos tocó mesa con mantel sucio y sin servilletas de tela. Creemos falta variedad en las carnes y los postres no estuvieron con buen sabor, demasiado comerciales. Por lo demás el área de piscinas y los show. Estuvieron muy bien. ”

”Thomas was a great host. He was super knowledgeable about area and even drove us to a couple places before we decided to rent a car. This is a hidden gem. We got to see monkeys from our balcony in their natural habitat If you're looking for a quiet romantic getaway, this is it. I do recommend renting a car as things are a bit away. But close enough for day trips. ”

”We spent 3days and 2 nights to this hotel in Montezuma. All was perfect, the view is amazing and the hotel and the rooms are installed in the nature. It is close to the center by 2 minutes walking. ”At beginning we got a bad impression because the receptionist didn't tell us anything about the system in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't a buffet as mentioned in the booking website. ”1. The receptionists were okay - not very good English but tried to help if they felt so. 2. We got first room No. 6. It smelled really badly to mold and it was hard to breath inside. We then got room No. 2. It was okay but the shower cap was disgustingly dirty. This was also in room No. 6. The personnel cleaned both, though. The cushions smelled like poo. We could not use them and made our own cushions out of clothes. 3. There came only cold water. Hot water would have cost 5 dollars...
