”⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL FROM START TO FINISH!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at SpringHill Suites in the Glendale/Peoria area. When I say the entire experience was AMAZING, I mean AMAZING! This is exactly what hospitality is supposed to look and feel like.
First, Mina B. in management deserves a HUGE shout-out. You can tell when a property is being managed with care, attention to detail, and high standards, and it absolutely shows here. Everything was handled...

”I liked my 2 night stay at this property. I’m in between apartments and it was not only convenient to get to work it was super clean and staff was very helpful. They gave me a complimentary noon checkout and I needed it because my allergies are kicking my butt this morning. I will definitely be staying again and recommending when I have family and friends visit.”

”"Terrible stay! Bed bugs in our rooms, broken refund promises, and poor management. When we arrived, all the room doors were left wide open—likely to air out pest control chemicals—yet management now denies everything and refuses to issue our full refund. Avoid this hotel at all costs."”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”Not only did they have a complementary breakfast, as many hotels do, but they also had a complementary dinner! And also with three drink coupons per person! I had to have them repeat that to us twice when checking in, as I was so surprised! Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. Above average quality food. The serving staff were all very cheery and friendly. We will definitely be staying at Drury properties in the future.”

”Short list of positives.
1. Conveniently located
2. Nice to have an ice machine
Now for the negatives.
1. Didn't have the room I ordered. Had to pay an upgrade and still didn't get the right room. Wanted a room with a full size refrigerator. Got a mini fridge.
2. The TV did not work properly. The channel guide was incorrect and several regular channels did not work.
3. The bathtub wouldn't hold water.
4. The lighting was bad.
5. Overall bad experience. I even left a day early.”
