The house is comfortable, its location at the corner allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze all the time, and you will not need AC during the day. It has a nice area outside to hang out or to enjoy a BBQ and the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager lives nearby and he is very responsive if you need anything. Loved this place.

Excellent!!!
The stay was excellent! Our host checked us in and got us situated with no issues. I have stayed here twice and it has been super clean and kept up! I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the short distance to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly. The property was in a gated community. It was very safe to walk in the community. The property has everything we needed.

The property was a s described. I appreciated the tour of the location and the availability of the host to answer questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach.

Best location
Very great experience. I highly recommend this location they make your stay comfortable giving additional accommodations such as play-pin high chair, walker not that i have infant children just find it extremely considerate of them to provide. Now what me and my family of 7 children ranging from 6 to 17 was the coolers mega plus, washer and dryer, pool, basketball court many kiosko with amazing food to eat drinks. In general it's an awesome.

Very Nice House!
House is located in a gated community. Walking distance to the beach which has a few local bars and restaurants. The community pool on site is large and the neighborhood feels safe and friendly. The owner was very pleasant and very responsive. Also check out the Fruit bowl stand outside of property for a quick snack. House was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house for a vacation spot.

The property was great. The only complaints I have are the directions to the place were not very clear. It would have been helpful to know the name of the community as well as the house number. It would have saved us quite a bit of time in trying to find it. The instructions for getting into the gate with the cell phone weren't very clear. I would go back again though.

Nice gated community in Patillas has shared pool and short walk to the beach.Lots of restaurants in the area with great food and drinks.

The property is well appointed with most necessities.
Our last two days in the property were a trying experience: Earthquakes! These events are totally out of your control. Nonetheless, a timely well being check on your guests during natural disasters go a long way. We had to evacuate 2 days earlier at 4:30 a.m. and seek higher grounds do to Tsunami warnings for the entire South, including Patillas. We had no light or water. Needless to say, we were confused and aggrevated by these events.

Jose, thanks for your comments and suggestions and that is the main reason we have a person in the area to be in contact with the guests for any issues. We apology if this did not happen during your stay in our home. I will definitely review with my property manager for future reservation. Also next time feel free to contact the home owner directly so we can update our procedures so we can accommodate your family so you have wonderful vacation in the area. I do understand the confusion due to the PR earthquakes however this area is not been affected as hard as other areas in PR. I will encourage you to give another change and come back to this area another time so you really can enjoy this wonderful area. Great house well locate to the beach
The house was great, has everything that you need. The decoration is very nice and the whole house was very clean. I really appreciate the Property Manager Irene, she was very helpful. I love the pool that is very close to the house and it is walking distance to the beach. My family has a great time. I will definitely come back!!!

Great place for vacation to relax and great food restaurants
The house is very comfortable for the whole family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room was very comfortable where you can enjoy the outside breezes coming into the house. All bedrooms has a great breezes since the house is located in the corner and there is A/C in the 3 bedrooms. It is very clean and very cozy and my family spent a very pleasant time. It is close to the pool and the beach where you can walk (5 minutes walk to the pool) and did not has to drive which is very convenient. The area is very safe and the southeast coast is very beautiful with many restaurants for seafood lovers. This is the third time I visit this beautiful area. The owners and managers are very helpful and friendly. The house is well located and everything you need for a relaxing vacation come with the house : ) You only need to bring your clothes and your food. We definitely recommend this house and will be back next year. Thanks aida/miguel. En espanol para mis compratiotas de PR. La casa es muy cómoda para toda la familia con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. La sala es muy cómoda, donde se puede disfruta las brisas de afuera. Todas las habitaciones tienen una gran brisa ya que la casa está ubicada en la esquina y hay aire acondicionado en las 3 habitaciones. Es muy limpio y muy acogedor y mi familia pasó un tiempo muy agradable. Está cerca de la piscina y de la playa donde se puede caminar (5 minutos a pie de la piscina) y no tiene que conducir, lo cual es muy conveniente. El área es muy segura y la costa sureste es muy hermosa con muchos restaurantes para los amantes de los mariscos. Esta es la tercera vez que visito esta hermosa zona. Los propietarios y gerentes son muy serviciales y amables. La casa está bien ubicada y todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones relajantes viene con la casa :) Solo necesitas traer su ropa y comida. Definitivamente recomendamos esta casa y volveremos el proximo año. Benjamin
