Iso suositus tälle hotellille
Aivan loistava hotelli: aivan keskustassa, mutta keidasmaisella allasalueella on seesteistä ja ihanaa. Paljon aurinkotuoleja ja allasbaari. Kiva pikku kuntosali ja hotellin omassakin ravintolassa hyvä ruoka ja isot annokset. Olin vahingossa varannut meille twin-huoneen, niin henkilökunta tuli laittamaan meidän sänkymme yhteen ja nukuttiin jättimäisessä 240cm sängyssä! Kaikki henkilökunta oli niin avuliasta ja mukavaa.

Siisti ja hyvä hotelli aivan rannan tuntumassa
Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja palvelu hyvää. Allasalue oli iso ja viihtyisä.

Not worth of the high price.
Hotel has been nice 20 years ago,.but now, really needs updates and renovation. Room was tired, dirty and seen it`s better days long time ago. Front desk, check in and out,.one of the slowest i ever discovered in my life. It took close to 15 minutes got the key car to my hand upon the arrival. Hotel pool garden area is huge and nice but bar prices are set above of the clouds. One VSOP cognac propably sixe 3 ml. and cafe Americano, oh my God, 20 Euros. Room rate was close to 3200 Baths/ night,.i really expected something better. Location, is nice close to night life.

The only thing we wasn't happy about that out room wasn't wasn't ready when we arrived after a 17 hour flight. We arrived 15.00 had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff were fantastic on day of leaving they allowed us to keep our room on and extra two hours. We were really happy with everything the hotel had to offer. We are that impressed with everything we are hoping to stay again in November we could not fault anything. Keep up the good work Hard Rock you really rocked it!!!!
