”As soon as I walked in, got treated amazingly. The staff at the door were very nice and directed me to check in. Check in was easy, the kind gentleman also upgraded my room. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. Only thing is that there isn’t much of a view but like tbh not much to see other then buildings. I was a bit disappointed on the breakfast though, the service at the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Other Marriot breakfast usually come to your desk to grab your coffee...

”Quiet luxury type of hotel. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Professional staff. Only complaints were mold in the shower (should not happen in a luxury hotel) and while the dim lighting in the room/bathroom makes for a lovely ambiance, it would be helpful to have better lighting available so women can do their makeup… Also, the plugs in the bathroom are extremely poorly placed in the drawers so I had to do my hair in the entrance to access a plug!”

”The Westin needs facelift soon. I experienced things that I havent seen before in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast service was questionable because the waitresses were not trained enough to the standards. Few exsamples: sign said blueberry muffin in reality strawberry -very dangerous if you are allergic to strawberries! How about this: the waitress collects your plate and puts your used fork on the plastic place mat, not a clean plate next to you nor the napikin. Obviously management/traing problem...
