  • Cambridge 404 Oceanfront Welcome to your ultimate beach vacation home! After walking into this condo, you will say “WOW” when looking at the panoramic view of the ocean. This amazing 3 bedroom (2 are oceanfront), 3 bathroom condo offers 2100 square feet of living space plus a wraparound balcony with 450 square feet. Sliding glass doors along the entire ocean front lead to the covered balcony, furnished with a dining table and rockers. From sunrise with your morning coffee to sunset with your favorite beverages and snacks, you are sure to enjoy the activities of the beach and pool below.

    The open living area is comfortably furnished for lounging, with a large wall mounted TV for entertainment. The dining area has an expandable wood dining table with seating for 8 to 12, and a view of the ocean! The kitchen has a spacious breakfast bar, with seating for 3, and is fully equipped with modern appliances, should you decide to prepare delicious recipes and just relax with the view.

    Each of the 3 bedrooms, all of which have attached bathrooms, is beautifully furnished and decorated. Two bedrooms are oceanfront and have sliding glass doors that open to the wraparound balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, and master bath has a 6 foot long soaking tub, separate shower, heated toilet set and vanity with 2 sinks. The second oceanfront bedroom has a king- sized bed, made up of 2 extra-long twin sized beds which may be separated if preferred. The attached bathroom has a spacious vanity with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has both queen and twin – sized beds, with an attached bath with tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have cable TV, private, wireless internet, ceiling fans and spacious closets.

    Guests enjoy the amenities of the Somerset community with 4 pools, hot tubs and ramped beach walkways with outdoor beach showers as well as the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - including tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging paths, fishing lake, and marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek.

    1 covered assigned parking spot and unassigned guests parking around building.

    Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
    Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

    No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

    Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
    Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

    Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses.

    CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

We were surprised to find the unit had been updated prior to our visit and was very tastefully done. It met all expectations and then some. We will be back once the 2023 calendar opens! Thank you owners of 404 for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy a week in your beautiful home.

Awesome place

Everything was top notch except the internet, it was an open internet and everyone on the resort must have been on it because it was slow. I think for the price a stand alone unit internet should be added. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect vacation!

We've just returned from a family vacation in this lovely unit. It's our second time at Litchfield and I think this is now our "go to" location! I love how quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained the property is! Great pools, nice elevators, luggage carts, etc. This unit was very spacious, with amazing ocean views. We had everything we needed, including a nice sized laundry room! We were a party of 7 and we had plenty of room. My only suggestion for improvements are cosmetic and didn't affect our enjoyment: The provided linens were thin and "cheap" feeling. (some towels so worn out they were falling apart!) The comforter in master bedroom was quite lumpy and two small for the bed. And the fan in MBR probably has seen better days - on "high" it's a slow spin at best. Overall, at this price point, I thought some the furnishings were a little in need of sprucing up. (sofa is stained and dingy, showing it's age, etc.) But these are minor observations. I do think a 10:00 check out is a little rough! I've never had a check out earlier than 11 at most properties I've rented over the years.

Beach Bliss

This was a family Thanksgiving vacation. The condo was as pictured but was even better in person! Everyone’s first expression was, “ Wow! Look at this view!” We loved how open the space was. There was sitting room for all in the living area. The bedroom arrangement could not have been better. Kitchen was great for preparing large meals. The balcony furniture was wonderful- loved the sturdy rocking chairs. Now wanting to plan a return visit!

Beautiful property with amazing views

My husband and I stay in Litchfield Beach every year around the end of October and have rented many of the Cambridge condos. This place was very clean and comfortable. We did not have any issues. The views cannot be beat. The pictures really do not do it justice. Just a suggestion though. For the bedroom with the twin beds pushed together to create a king bed, I would suggest a mattress topper or something to cover the split in the middle.

Location is perfect, amenities need updating

The condo is spacious, with great vistas of the beach and ocean. Fantastic complex, covered reserved parking space. Our vacation was unspoiled by the following comments. We made the best but will not rent this unit again. There are other units in the same building that are nicer that we have rented in the past for less. The condo amenities were not what we were expecting for the rate paid. The floor is sealed concrete, carpets worn in bedrooms. The linens are cheap and worn. The bath towels are thin and worn out. The furniture is worn and stained. The main bedroom is warm as only one vent and the ceiling fan is broken, one speed, slow. A box fan was provided but still a warm room even with shades pulled down, no ocean views. The smaller bedroom on the ocean side, the bathroom configuration is odd in that the TP holder is not near the toilet. The kitchen is supplied with standard rental unit supplies, most worn out. The cleaning crew, local contact was very responsive to all requests, including a late night visit on check in day to clean what should have been cleaned. They had missing supplies delivered next business day which was appreciated. Also accommodated a 11:00 check out which was also appreciated.

Stunning panoramic view, roomy bedrooms, nicely appointed kitchen, and very clean.

We enjoyed the comfort, spaciousness, and ease and convenience of this property, as well as the extraordinary view from the many glass doors. The pools and beach were so easy to access and very clean. We hope to return!

Cambridge 404 was superb!

The condo was everything listed and more! Pictures don't do it justice. The panoramic view of the ocean, beach and pool area was breathtaking! The condo itself was very well taken care of, the furniture was stylish and comfortable, felt like we were home! The TV's were excellent and new! We will be looking to rent this condo again next year, we loved every minute of our stay!

Gorgeous views

The condo was perfect and you can’t ask for better views! There is a designated covered parking space and storage unit for beach items, which was a nice surprise. The building has an elevator and luggage carts- huge perks! The only negatives: The building is pet friendly, so irresponsible pet owners may not clean up dog poop or throw up. Also, watch out for the screws sticking out from the dining room table (they cut my foot). Lastly, the pool is not heated, which was a big disappointment since it was cold when we were there. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely plan on going back!

Outstanding Get away.

Very positive experience. Beautiful property very well kept. Owners were very accommodating and worked with us on a last minute request. McKayla was a gem to work with as well. She clearly understands and embraces “customer service”.

Beautiful rental on a beautiful beach!

The unit was gorgeous! The kitchen was spacious and complete with just about any appliance and any kitchenware or cookware you would need. The dining area and sitting area were also large and inviting; the bedrooms (2 out of 3) were graced with beautiful ocean views; and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The ‘wraparound’ porch was just awesome! Great views of the ocean, the beach, and the sunrise and moonrise. Mikayla (guest contact), was tremendously helpful with any questions or problems that arose. We were very happy with our decision to rent this condo, and would definitely go there again!!

July 4th Week Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed the Condo. The couple that stayed in the bedroom not facing the ocean made the comment that the single bed and the double bed were small for sleeping two adults.

This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for families. There is a large wrap around deck that can be accessed from the master and second large bedroom as well as the family living room. There were concrete floors in the dining and living rooms which were easy to clean up sand. There is carpet in the bedroom. We love Litchfield Resort and have stayed at other condo units previously. I would stay here again.
