Inlet Point 15B Second Row - partial Ocean views from the covered deck and screened porch. Beautifully furnished throughout. Living room opens to the deck and screened porch. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, counter height breakfast bar. Spacious bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV and remodeled bath with granite top vanity, a tiled walk-in shower and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bunkbed (2 singles). The 2nd bathroom has granite countertop vanity and a tub/shower combination. Washer/dryer is in the hall. 15B is on the 1st floor. There is a covered staircase from the ground level parking area under the building. Amenities include Keurig Coffee Maker This condo is located on the first floor of Building 15 and is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock. There is a covered staircase from the ground level parking area under the building, and an outside shower.

Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking for 2 cars underneath the building. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
