Come relax in the storied haven that is Pebble Beach's Country Club West. The Pebble Beach “Pebble Breeze” is on a corner lot off the Old 17 Mile Drive and walking distance from the Dunes Shelter, MPCC, and only an eight minute walk to Spanish Bay beach.

This single-level 2160 sq ft three (3) bed three (3) full bath dwelling exudes quality at every turn.

The Neighborhood:
Coast Estate invites you to experience the beautiful Monterey Peninsula and California Central Coast. The are is world renown for spectacular coastlines, unique coastal communities, and rich marine life. Coast Estate specializes in Luxury Vacation Rentals in Big Sur, Carmel, Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Monterey and Seaside.

Pebble Beach is more than any Golfer could ever dream of, with eight Championship golf courses. Locals and visitors alike flock to 17 Mile Drive, one of the best-known and most spectacular scenic drives in the world. Cypress Point Club, Monterey Peninsula Dunes Golf Course, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Poppy Hills, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and The Links at Spanish Bay are all within 10 to 15 minutes driving distance from any point in the Del Monte Forest.

There are also miles of hiking, bicycling and equestrian trails that wind through the scenic Del Monte Forest. Fine dining is available at The Lodge at Pebble Beach and the Inn at Spanish Bay.

Pebble Beach is centrally located, so you might easily visit the restaurants, shops and galleries of Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey or Pacific Grove.

Asilomar, Cannery Row, Fishermans Wharf, the Monterey Bay Aquarium are just a few of the local attractions.

Big Sur is a 40 minute drive down California's World Famous Highway One. As the road winds along the coast, you will be treated to panoramic ocean views, and even cross the famous Bixby Bridge.

We stayed at Pebble Breeze for long weekend to attend a wedding at MPCC, and it was the absolute perfect place! The location was unbeatable, and the house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved how much natural light flooded into every room, and we had everything we needed and more for a very comfortable stay. The large backyard area was also a huge plus, as we were graced with perfect weather the entire time! In addition to being close to the wedding venue, we loved walking down the famous 17 Mile Drive along the beach/golf courses, and playing golf at The Hay nearby! Some of our favorite restaurants (Hay's Place, The Bench) were within the gates, so we didn't even have to venture "out" much. The hosts were so professional and made sure we were well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Pebble Breeze for four nights while attending the Monterey Jazz Festival, and it was absolutely perfect. The house comfortably accommodated our group of four, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The location is ideal—just a few minutes’ walk from the ocean near the Spanish Bay golf course, and centrally located for exploring 17-Mile Drive and all the beauty of Pebble Beach. The home itself is beautiful, well-kept, and set in a stunning natural setting. It had all the amenities we hoped for, making it feel like a true home away from home.Equally impressive was the management team, who did a fantastic job communicating with us before our visit and ensuring everything went smoothly.We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Pebble Breeze and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pebble Beach. We’d love to return!

Very clean home with a well stocked and organized kitchen, and the same with the bathrooms. Moss Beach and Point Joe are very easy walks. My toddler grandson enjoyed watching the deer and rabbits from the kitchen table, just as I had from my grandparents home just down the road. Very close to Sticks restaurant at Spanish Bay…our favorite for the food, views and atmosphere. Occasionally there was a very loud instrument playing from a house next door but it wasn’t problematic for us since it wasn’t during bedtime. (it wasn’t reveille that plays mornings and evenings from the Presidio)

Perfect Pebble Weeekend

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was exactly as described, in a perfect location and great for my pup too. Nice to have (3) rooms with large beds, (3) bathrooms and a fully gated backyard. It is also in a great location to walk to the 17th Mile Drive every morning, safely, and easily. Thank you for a great stay... we will be back.

Property was beautiful and access to 17 Mile drive and the area a huge bonus … so glad property was dog friendly… Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped and place is nice for entertaining and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood!

Property was immaculate. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager very helpful and accommodating in trying to extend our stay, but in the end it wasn't necessary. Loved the dog friendly nature of the house and grounds. Our golden retriever loved it.

PERFECT!

My family spent 3 days here (with our dogs) and this place was perfect!! Very clean and beautiful. Pictures did not do this place justice. The yard was manicured and very pet friendly. Wonderful home in pebble beach

This house was spectacular - nice and bright, generally clean, although we did find that we left with a lot of dog hairs stuck to our things. The yard is also very spacious. Communication with the property manager was great too. We were looking for a couple household items and he helped us locate them quickly. Couple things to note: 1) In order to check in, you have to pick up the keys in downtown monterey bay. If you have young children that nap, bring black out shades - the rooms were really bright even with the curtains drawn, and 2 of the 3 rooms have skylights in them.

beautiful weekend getaway

Loved this very modern house and the HUGE fenced in yard - our dog loved running and running. Everything inside was just perfect. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, well appointed place to stay.
