”We have stayed in this hotel many times for a reason. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and very nice. The personnel is friendly. Parking is easy.
But the ways of organizing things are just terrible. Yes, you wait in the reception longer than in other hotels but the breakfast is especially bad. Serving breakfast to the tables is a nice idea but it takes ages to get food. Tables get mixed (and there are not so many tables) and customers get wrong food. They don’t get the coffee or juice...
”Myself and family came for a wedding. We thought it would be best to come the day before. We enjoyed our stay as the room was very clean and everything we needed was available. We also enjoyed breakfast as there was a very good selection of food. The wedding we went to was within a short distance from the hotel and within easy reach. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
”The Element is connected with the Four Points, so both properties share the same lobby and reception. Rooms are extremely spacious and well appointed with a full kitchen and all the amenities and kitchenware needed for long stay. King size bed was supportive and comfortable. Breakfast was included in my booking which was a plus. Gym was very well equipped. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes to Toronto Pearson which was an excellent convenience. ”

”I tried the restaurant at this property. The staff was so friendly and kind but the food was not very good. The offerings seemed good but the wild rice was uncooked and The sausage tasted terrible. The food tasted terrible not multiple milk options.. nothing organic, fake healthy not really healthy. ”
