”Truly satisfied with the hotel. It has been my best holiday stay ever. Love the location, walking distance to Penang’s famous food. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is great. Will definitely come back.

We were able to check in early, provided with a welcoming gift, and throughout our stay all staff were accommodating.
Our room was very spacious for 3 adults and had many toiletries. The bedding was quite comfortable.
Continental breakfast buffet was quite limited for western food expect more Asian cuisine. Alwi always had a smile and was very helpful during breakfast time. ”
”The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. ”

”A stunning property. From the high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and antiques to the rooftop pool. A small and intimate hotel with lovely staff. Tucked down a small roadway, it's right in the heart of the action and secluded at the same time. Great location! When arriving by ferry, it isn't very far to walk on the map, however, the traffic and crowded sidewalks would make the wheelie bag treck very hard in the heat. We decided on a taxi. ”The hotel is located in the town centre and is around 10-15mins walking distance to surrounding tourist spots and eateries.
We stayed in a spacious Deluxe suite which can easily accommodate 4 persons. There’s abundance of TV channels provided which is a bonus. Beds and pillows are definitely comfortable. Need to pay a couple of hundred for deposit when check in, so don’t forget to take it back. The 2 bottles of water are not free. Somehow our Deluxe room is in the adjoining high rise building...
