Siivooja unohti kerran meidän huoneen oven auki, mutta onneksi siellä ei ollut käynyt yllätysvieraita (ainakaan ei olla huomattu, että mitään olisi varastettu). ”Room was nice but the aircon wasn't working in the hotel. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable and struggled to sleep even with the fan on. We had a late Hyrox on Friday night so checked the website which said we could book a table for dinner up to 10pm with food served until 11pm. Arrived at 9:55pm and were told we couldn't order food unless it was for room service. As our room was so hot, there was no way we could eat there. Ended up walking around Cardiff at 10pm trying to find some...

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”

”The food in the restaurant was very good-nicely cooked. The room upgrade was very good too, with views over Bute Park. What was not so good was having to shower in the bath-no walk-in shower..very tricky for an 80 year old like myself..we had tried for a disabled room, but none were available for both the nights we were there. I think one should be warned about this-outdated and unexpected.”

”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”
