”Good location. However when we arrived we were not given the type of room we'd reserved, 3 months ahead of time. The staff did not really care about what we'd booked on expedia after I showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't binding to them. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The room was fine, had a lovely view but we'd booked two beds so they had to bring up a single bed which obviously used up a lot of space. This distracted from our experience of expecting better...

”Stayed in room 6 beautifully furnished loved colour scheme great view of the pier and the sea from our window. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great breakfast each morning just a few yards down the road, think it was called Coffi. Parking is a bit of an issue. Would definitely use again. Thank you.”

”Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions”

”Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...

The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
