Got moved into a different room for the remainder of the stay but the heating still didn’t work. That along with the lift not working from the first floor causing us to carry luggage up each day. Staff were great, but the overall experience of the stay left a lot to be desired. ”

”We arrived quite late, around 9pm so parking was a little challenging initially. Check in was efficient and staff on reception were amazing and very welcoming! Room decor was a little tired but comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and quite pricey but the ladies serving were receptive to our feedback so a minor point. Again staff in the Restraunt were very attentive in the evenings and at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for its central location for the City...

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
