”There is no breakfast but McDonald’s is right around the corner. You can get coffee and breakfast for two people for $16.00. The room was fine. They should invest in more comfy mattresses. I’m use to staying in Marriott Courtyards and the beds being very very comfortable.”

”Beautiful location, with its own private beach. Restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of peace and quiet, just what we needed. Highly recommend and will definitely rebook when we vacation in Pensacola again. Kudos.”

”So disgusting. We found two roaches during our stay. Room was never cleaned properly. Breakfast is bare minimum with just bread, frozen waffles, and yogurt options. Pool is nice! The restroom also smelled like urine upon arriving and during our stay as well. Don’t recommend unless you’re desperate”

”Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and you could tell the staff takes great pride in keeping everything well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The beach was also beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable...

”It's that floor was filthy. Had to clean the floor our. Self. Bath did not drain, right? Bad neighborhood.”

”The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night.”

”Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). ”Were there for a short stay but was definitely impressed. I plan to use this property for future trips to Pensacola. Pool amenities and access to the beach were awesome. Staff was very helpful.”

”The staff was great, very helpful. But the property definitely looks better outside than on the inside. The restroom floors were lifted on the corners, you had to be careful while getting out the shower. The shower curtains were yellow/brown instead of white. Definitely needs some upgrades. If you are there for 1 night or 2 i guess it's okay.”
