”Weather was perfect! The water was so clean and beautiful. Location was great with shops and food right across the street. Condo was clean and well maintained. We go to Perdido every year and love it. ”

”The hot tub is broken, and appears to have been broken/ shut down for quite some time. Pool also needs repairs as the numbers are removed/broken on one side. Room/beds were as described. There is mold/mildew near faucets. Posted rules state no floats allowed in the pool, which was disappointing. I wish it was more clearly communicated beforehand. There is NO posted rule about jumping into the pool. However, security/maintenance worker told us several times that it was not allowed.”

”Condo was as described. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very comfortable sofa, chairs, bedding, etc. Disappointment was in minimal items in kitchen and other places. Only 4 coat hangers, one dish towel, no scrubbing sponge, no salt pepper, no hand soap, no tissues, one trash bag, two dishwasher tablets, one needed for check-out. We went to Walmart to get things.”

”The master bathroom light was messed up, the bedskirt was dirty and we couldn’t get the shade to pull down in the front bedroom because it was tied up. With a little more attention to detail I would stay here again.”

”Excellent stay in Perdido Key for our family of 3. Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and great restaurant and ice cream options in the same plaza. We loved all the coffee options that were left for us as well as the toiletries provided. Host offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Hope to be back! Would not hesitate to book this place again!”

”Location was close to beach for a bicycle ride or car. Less than 2 miles.Perdido Beach was absolutely beautiful! It will look great once the painting is finished. Water pressure was a bit too high. Could use more TLC. ”
