”Hello,We had a very bad experience during our stay. There was no internet connection available, and since we didn't have internet data ourselves, we couldn't contact you or anyone else. When we finally managed to call the host, they asked us to turn the router off for 15 minutes, but the internet still did not work. This put us in a terrible and helpless situation. Please look into this matter."”

Not ideal …....

”Cleanliness of the property and facilities good. Description on sleeps upto to 4 and sofa bed inside Sky Pod 1 is incorrect. The sofa is a standard sofa and only contains a double bed. When questioned with host via email I was offered a mattress for hire. When I pointed out the accommodation is advertised as standard sleeps upto 4 and the accommodation is stated sky pod 1 with a sofa bed, I received no response. Also had issues with set up of the TV.
