Had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was huge and worked great. ”Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application.”

”This property is absolutely disgusting. We decided not to even stay at the hotel and were told we couldn't get a refund even though the room was unacceptable. Buyer beware with this one. ”

”Friendly staff. Room card kept needing to be reset everyday or our stay which was kind of a little inconvenient. Hotel did include free breakfast which was convenient. Overall stay was great. Would definitely recommend to others. ”

”I was relatively disappointed by the experience here. While the price may have been an indicator that it wasn’t the nicest hotel, the pictures led me to believe that there’d be a certain standard of expectation. Upon checking in, we were directed to our room. On our way there, we found there was trash outside of the rooms and in the parking lot. The first room we were provided had an odor of cigarettes, so we asked to change. ”

”Blood stains in the room. Property reeks of cigarettes. No pillows. Cigarette holes burned into the furniture. Looks NOTHING like the pictures. Reported all of this and received no refund. We obviously didn't stay, we prefer to not catch diseases. ”
