”We really enjoyed staying in The Treehouse. It was in the center of the Sarasota historic district and a minute's drive from everything we wanted to see and do. Christine was lovely to work with, and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and cozy. If we end up in Sarasota again, we would certainly try to book this location.”

”First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. ”Excellent beach view.”

”Condo was clean. We were able to check in early which was great! Water pressure in master shower is poor and could not wash hair in there, had to switch to other bathroom. No big deal. Could be better stocked with utensils, dishwasher soap, and towels. 4 towels and 3 wash cloths for 4 people. Don’t let outside of building fool you, condo itself was nice. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”

”How did this "room" in the back of a house qualify for Vrbo? The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the arrangement for how the toilet was situated near the "tiny" dirty shower was amazing. You had to step up to toilet from the bathroon sink area, which was located within two feet of having to step down into the tiny dirty shower space. Thank goodness I wasn't over weight. ”Nice place, clean, conveniently located, right on the beach, very helpful/friendly manager. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and well taken care of, also heated. Beach was awesome, soft clean sand, clear water. Would like to stay here again.”

”Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. ”

”Worst of all we discovered a dead bedbug and a bloody stain on the mattress cover. Blinds had many broken slats. Oven door on the stove was broken and a strap held it shut. GFCIs were upside down. No tea towels. Very poor cutlery. No hot water in the kitchen. Shower control in backwords. Blinds short on doors. Bathroom mirror too low. Need better guide to use TV. Very tired linens.
