”Located close to everything, restaurants, shops, capital building...feels like you are at home... front door and room is open with code they text you....breakfast is like you are in your own kitchen, just help yourself with fridge, coffee and whatever...apple, cookies, coffee and tea are there all day...loved terrace and spas (on on second one on third floor)..nice views....It seems than one person is in charge for everything (front desk and rooms, breakfast)....Tina connected me with local...
”The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too. ”
”It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!”

Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late. ”

”Just next to the airport terminal and easy access to supermarket and glacier by car.
Kitchen is perfect. Especially all the kitchenware is ready in front. If necessary, hotel person passes me. It is excellent!
