”Our experience at the hotel was just fine. I would not call it an “experience.” We booked it be sure our friend dreamed of staying here for his birthday. The spa was nice, and the bathroom in the room was nice. The food was terrible. And besides staff being nice, the service was terrible.”

”Lovely hotel but very little to do. With all guests spending time at the spa there was no beds by the pool. Food was delicious but overall the experience was too expensive compared to its value.”

”Rooms were clean and nice.
Breakfast was ok and no changes in breakfast menu next day as well. They keep same food items.
Men’s changing room near pool was stinking with foul smell.
Sauna size is too small as compared to hotel size.”

”The room was somewhat clean but it really needs a modernisation.
As soon as you entered the room, you’d get this old carpet smell that was unbearable.
The bathroom was old and bath had many signs of black mould on the silicone and grouts. The sink tap leaked water.
Breakfast was mediocre. We asked for a 4£ “specialty” flat white which we could tell right away was straight from a cheap coffee machine.
Amenities were ok, the pool area is very tired as well.
Receptionist couldn’t be bothered to...

”The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”
