”Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds.”

”Excellent location for an overnight stay for a business meeting. Car park on doorstep. Food outlets etc nearby. Check in and out prompt and efficient. Room clean and fresh. Great comfy bed. No complaints!”

”Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only had one meal in the hotel and it was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it’s great.”

”Stayed in the 'Dunlin room' Very poor lighting in the corridor. Wallpaper patched up poorly in the corridor by the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fan in our bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming, (overdone bacon and chewy sausage. Staff very attentive and polite. No signal on the tv celestial channels on two days. Limited bathroom amenities. Cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast area. ”

”Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too.”

We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. Tip- let travellers know that there is no internet access in the village, so to access the codes to allow entry meant going into a hotel and asking to use their WiFi. If I had known I would have screen shotted the codes before arrival. Also, far too hot and unable to figure out using the room temperature controller. Fan on all night but still much too hot.
