”Stayed two weeks, started well, ended not so well. Positives: Very good location within walking distance from Freo centre, quiet neighbourhood; free parking if scarce; spacious room, clean towels daily, good shower, quite well equipped kitchenette, excellent coffee amenities; good bed and decent linen and duvet Not so positive: Room worn, could do with updating; cleaning mediocre, floors filthy underneath the bed and sofa; air conditioner (heat pump) broke after first week - extra heater was...

”For the price this place is pretty good. I had a good stay. 10 min bus ride into CBD. Bit rough around the edges but comfortable. Room had AC, TV, ensuite and kitchenette with a big fridge. Good wifi too. If I was going back to Perth and needed to be close to CBD I would stay again.”
