”El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son cómodas, pero lamentablemente nuestra experiencia terminó muy mal.
Durante la estadía tuvimos que ducharnos un día con agua fría porque no había gas; otro día estuvimos sin luz ni agua y tampoco funcionó el desayuno; además, del baño salía constantemente olor a desagüe. No reclamamos por ninguno de estos inconvenientes y fuimos totalmente comprensivos.

”Marcelo and his family were absolutely fantastic. Helped our family of 4 get a few days of laundry cleaned for an amazing price. Coordinated a taxi for us on the morning we left to get to the train station on time. Breakfast was amazing and they took great care in everything regarding the hotel.”

”Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended. ”
