我們是台灣人，這次來到印度主要是來isha朝聖，對於印度相當不熟悉，語言上有些困難，但是經理Vinoth給予很大的協助，像是盡全力連上我們的網路、幫我們叫車到isha、給予無微不至的關懷，給予他們的服務人員們很大的肯定，是我們在印度的庇護所。另外這間度假飯店的環境相當清幽與舒服，房務人員相當優秀，整理得很乾淨且舒適。最重要的是，整個度假飯店的能量氛圍很好，身心靈都相當放鬆，也可試試SPA，會有不一樣的感受！如果再有機會來到印度，一定會再來！ 建議：在飯店內的消費沒有明細，如果能詳細且專業的紀錄或提供每次消費的收據，那會更讓人更加放心。

Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore
Overall it was very good. Comparitive to other ITCs , the staff was less proactive and food was less tastier.
