”A genuinely lovely stay! Hosts were superb. Breakfast cooked to order and arrived hot, everything tasted good. Extra treat to have fresh fruit and yoghurt. Very spacious garden flat styled in relaxed elegance with everything you could reasonably need for a short stay. We stayed 3 nights and were very happy. There are steps down to the flat, so was grateful for hosts who helped with luggage. The shower is over the bath just in case that is useful information. Beds very comfortable and...

”Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was getting a refund. I was refunded the money with no apology just a mumbling about commission!”

”Mukava, kotoisa ja siisti paikka, jossa myös hyvä palvelu, parkkitilaa, tilavat huoneet ja helpot yhteydet.”

”hotel was quite Old, still quite good. It was near Center. In the Area was many good Bars & Restaurant. Breakfast could be more wider. we enjoyed to be there.”

”Was nice and clean central to the town centre”

”I put a clear notice on door to say I was on nights and I was sleeping. At 1230h a loud banging on door woke me. I was asked if I needed my room servicing!!! Why was I woken to be asked that!!! The tv and microwave didn’t work, and the room carpet was wet by the door., ?why. Shared toilet/shower very inconvenient. Door handle falling off. The whole place seemed badly maintained”

”Lovely Hotel”

”Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored. The staff were all extremely polite and attentive, with the exception of one evening when we were left waiting to order drinks. The drinks were delivered and by way of an apology they were on the house. Things happen in any business but I do feel it's how these things are handled which...
