”Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival. I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom area with a rainfall walk in shower. Free parking was off the road in front of the building. I couldn't ask for more. Perfect for the weekend away.”

”Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Right next to the beach and short walk to train station. Normal english breakfast, but no vegetables. ”

”The van was very clean and bedding was fresh. Towels were provided which was nice. The TV had apps like Netflix and prime on which was good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and trays/pans. The heating was easy to use and warmed up very quickly.The Indoor pool is warm and clean. The staff in Amelia's cafe were friendly. We would go again ”

”Room clean and tidy, facilities excellent. Food excellent. Staff friendly. Only negative points were at times noticeable staff shortage which affected service and Reception did not pass on to restaurant staff correct details of visitors having half board.”

”Had a lovely stay at The Globe while in Topsham for the evening. The room was lovely and cosy, and although we didn't eat in the pub we did have a couple of drinks and it was a very nice lively place. Would stay again.”

”From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay. Thx everyone at The amazing Kings Arms 👍👍👌👌.”

”Position of house was very good although there was no parking which is inconvenient. The furniture is old and very tatty The central heating didn't work terribly well. We enjoyed our stay, there is lots of space but feel the place need some decorating and some newer furnishings ”
