”Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though.”

”The only issue I had was the gal working at the bar. More worried about her husband who had come in to eat and her two kids at their table and more worried about getting food to go for herself than taking care of customes whom were there trying to get drinks and food. Kept trying to close early, blowing off customers ans she kept going and fiddling with her to go order, etc. clearly didn’t want to be there. Was 9:30 and telling customers grill closed etc. other gal behind bar would correct...

”The hotel is nice and very clean. I feel it could have included more amenities in the room like an ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and a desk. Overall though it was nice and I’d stay there again. ”

”The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. However I booked my reservation more than 3 months ago - two rooms. When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to...

”The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! ”
