”Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface...

”The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was not to soft, nor to hard, but just right. The bedding was crisp and soft.”

”My only complaint is the interstate is on the west side of the hotel. My room was right next to it and the traffic is loud. Other than that the room was clean, bed soft and breakfast offered was nice. Eggs, sausage, waffle with coffee was good.”

”Cleaner and better maintained than I had expected from a downtown hotel. Nice friendly staff. Stayed 2 days, once on the way out to CA, again on the way back. Smooth, easy check-in with Expedia reservations.”

”Breakfast was pretty good. Beds not so much. Horrified with horrible heavy mechanism meant to keep room's door closed at all cost: a small child or frail adult could get hurt by this monster set-up. Not even a door stop available to keep door open to get luggage cart in/out without massive effort. ”
