”Grace took care of any issues we had. The unit needed some updating. The dishwasher and built-in microwave were broken. Neither was a deal breaker, but needs attention. ”

”The guest house was so cozy, clean, with a comfortables bed. It was spacious and the location was great within a beautiful neighborhood. Was quiet and the hosts communicates well with me. Would totally stay there again!”

” 10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.”

”No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. ”
