”bad coordination with cleaning crew that caused me and my family to stay outside the property an extra hour after driving 10 Hrs. to get there, Check is was a t 4 but unit was not ready for another hour. There is another unit attached to tis one which is also a rental so be ready to share the pool and volleyball advertised5 of us stayed but just enough hot water for 2 to take showers and wait for an hour to allow the heater to warm up some more.5 of us stayed and there was only 3 towels so....

” 10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.”

”I just needed a quiet clean place to sleep and it fit that bill very well. I didn't arrive until after dark and had a little trouble figuring out where I needed to be but that just might be me.”

”I had a little bit of a challenge figuring out how to access the guest house. Credit to the owners, though, they responded quickly and I was given instructions on how to unlatch the gate to get to the guest house in the rear of the property. ”
