”Breakfast was really good variety”

”The staff and house keepers were great but the breakfast wasn’t good. From past stays at other embassy suites much better”

”This hotel is not only clean and comfortable, it is also located near good restaurants. We were in Phoenix for a medical appointment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, located about two miles away. We were perfectly situated.”

”Check-in : Front Desk person checked us in room where guest was staying. We went back and he corrected it.”

”The communication from the management was phenomenal! The description matchesd the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe! It fit the needs for me and my family. I would recommend and stay again! Thank you”

”The property was perfect, it was an entire house in a nice area. It was very clean and the laundry facility was a big plus. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

”Make sure there is soap and conditioner. Had to walk to Walgreens to find some. Other than that, it was great!”

”Ok”

”My only complaint was the parking. When I came to check in they wanted me to do the self check in and I had asked about parking but it was not clearly communicated. Had to park 10 min away and carry all my luggage. Due to the parking issues not sure if I’d stay again.”

”I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

”Excellent Hotel staff, and valet personnel. Wonderful hot breakfast. Loved the room. Great job to all.”

”Room was great! The staff including valet were all very friendly and professional”
