”We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean.”

”We came into Phoenix to see a concert and since this hotel was right around the corner from the venue I figured it'd be a cool place to stay. It's an old hotel and it definitely looks like it. I'm no professional but I'm sure there's a way to keep the historic charm while still keeping it updated. The bed was really, really firm and if I hadn't driven 700 miles it probably would have been uncomfortable but after being in the car for 10 hours it wasn't the worst.
