About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. ”We stayed 15 nights in this hotel which is in the middle of Danang, close to the beach. There is a lot of construction work and shops and restaurants in the area, so its not the place of you want something quiet. We enjoyed it and found it to be an exciting, bustling area. "We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost.
The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers.
Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great!
Location wise great - just at beach.
