”We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.”

”Breakfast was good, but we had bed bugs. My wife was bit 15 times on the middle of the night. Brought to front desk attention and saod manager would call. Never got a call. Now we are washing and drying everything we took with us to try and make sure we didnt bring any home with us. ”

”Room was dirty we had a dirty towel. The towel didn’t look white it was gross. The sheets had stains. The shower head wasnt spraying water correctly. No elevator which sucked because are bags were heavy. Would not stay here again. ”

”There was no breakfast at this facility. Website showed continental breakfast, but facility does not have a breakfast - no good! Hotel under remodeling. One elevator out of service. Painting going on near lobby. Website should state hotel is under remodeling and does not offer continental breakfast. ”
