Matkat – Pignoi San Rocco

Hotel could use some renovation. Clean and overall good hotel but looks quite new in the pictures and it’s not really. Staff could be nicer. They had given complimentary sodas for us, from not asking the room cleaning. And then they added the sodas to our room bill. When checking out I was paying the room bill but they had problem with their payment machine. It didn’t accept any of my cards and they were saying it’s my cards that are not working. I was saying that my card have been working the whole trip just fine, but she was saying it’s not true and my cards don’t work in France… but my cards had been working every time before that and also after. That was stupid comments from her and made bad last impression.

The location of the hotel was excellent in the center of Nice and very near the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and suprisingly large and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very good.
