”From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Reception was clean and spacious, and check-in was so easy as we had checked in remotely before arrival. Our room (junior suite) was huge and really well equipped. Really comfy bed and an amazing nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. ”Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. ”The staff at the hotel and its restaurants was amazing. Very proactive and helpful, but discrete. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The turn-down service every evening was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you need some r&r and want a location close to the Cotswold for day trips.”
