”I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the last year and found it to be very comfortable, peaceful, scenic, with lovely staff and good food and also a conveniently close distance to the M4. Generally the accommodation is of a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
I was disappointed on my last visit however, to find that my booked suite had been 'upgraded'. The upgrade was underwhelming, being a single room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Whilst the room was adequate and...

”All the breakfast items was cold the room was clean but small and dated bed was solid as a rock think the 3pm check in is abit late surely they can get room done by 1pm definitely wont rush to say there again most probably use premier inn instead ”
