”I think this is a brand new hotel! everything is fresh and clean and dog friendly. It's easy access to the road for Hilton Head also (about 30 minutes to the beach). super nice!!”

”No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. ”

”We had a 4th floor room and had a complete ocean view. Everything was very nice. My only complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty low. Check in was great the manager gave us an upgrade and a lot of info for the area.Check out was easy, just a call and leave your keys in the room and you're on your way.”

”The staff was ... okay. The check-in desk was vacant when we arrived, and although three uniformed staffers were standing within line of sight, none acknowledged our presence or offered help. Finally, we literally called the front desk and said "We're here." A couple minutes later, the woman finally showed up.”
