”We just stopped for the night on the way to HHI. The hotel is new, updated, our room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the glass shower door kept sliding open on the track.”

”Staff was super helpful. Only one elevator works so that was inconvenient being on the 4th floor. But most days we left before breakfast so didn’t have issues getting our party out the door timely.”

”I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and...

”We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

”The facility is beautiful! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the staff and their helpfulness. When we got to our room, all had been cleaned except for the floors. The rug needed vacuuming and the bathroom had hair on the floor so hadn’t been swept. I think it was an oversight (things happen) and the management got it cleaned up right away.
