”This was an amazing stay for my partner and I. The place itself it great and offers so much from bikes, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. "Accuracy of Listing" received only four stars because the kitchen is shared but it is very large and wasn't a big deal at all. ”

”The property was clean and easy to get to it. Nice selection of restaurants and the beach closed 2 minutes drive.”

”Absolutely loved my stay here! Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful on the inside and owners did not leave out any details. I will definitely be back. Only small issue I saw one time while going to get clothes out of dryer was a black snake had gotten inside due to a gap under the back door. He quickly scurried out though. Still a great place to stay! I look forward to returning. ”

”The neighborhood was beautiful, very quiet and safe. The suite was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Yana was amazing and responded very quickly. Area was very close shopping, airport and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”My 7yr old daughter and I stayed, and absolutely loved it! The host were so kind and helpful. The studio was super clean, and had all the essentials you would need for a chill beach vaca. We will def be back! ”

We also enjoyed walking from the home to the river district and to Publix etc. Favorite part of the home was the quiet, relaxing tropical backyard. No matter the time of day, shad was abundant!”

This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...
