”Love downtown Fort Myers! Location was great and the residents in the buildings were very friendly and welcoming. Regularly enjoyed the river view from the balcony and the pool and hot tub. James did a great job communicating throughout the entire process.”

We used the balcony every morning and evening to watch the dolphins, manatees, and jumping tarpon.The balcony is huge with very comfortable and relaxing furniture.The kitchen is so thoughtfully stocked for anyone traveling to have everything they need at their finger tips. The bathroom has plenty of essentials as well! The living room is stocked with games, binoculars, and they also provide beach towels, cooler, chairs and umbrella.The bedroom has very nice bed mattress...

However the facilities obviously are still torn-up after Ian and the elevator was out part of Friday. It also appears there are several folks necessarily holed-up in the hotel due to both not being able to live in their houses as well as contractors for the clean-up... There was a group of contractors (we assume..) in 315 (the adjoining room to 316) who were drinking and up shouting and...
