Huoneistot – Pine Island

”Clean. Stacy was great. ”

”Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.”

”Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again”

”The condo was great. Don’t worry about not having full access to south seas. The resort isn’t fully back to where it was pre hurricane so make sure you reserve beach gear to rent. There are great restaurants close by that are better than the resort. The beach is great and pool. If you do play tennis they have modified some courts for pickleball. If you are coming for tennis and been to South Seas before the storms. The main tennis center is gone (blackwood tennis) so no lessons or clinics but...

”Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

”I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

”We absolutely loved the location and the property. Already looking forward to coming back next year. Condo was clean, lots of space and enjoyed the screened in porch. Host is very attentive and alway quick to reply. Thanks for such a special vacation!”

”Property was very nice and clean and store were very close by it was a pleasure staying there . Looking forward to doing it again”

”Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!”

”Just pack your toothbrush! Everything u need is there”

”It was a really nice place with lots of room to spread out. It was right on the beach. Only 2 minutes to walk to it. The shells weren't too bad there. They had chairs, a wagon and an umbrella. The only thing is it didn't have amenities like other places do. But it had all the basics except extra toilet paper or a second paper towel roll. When you're there for 4 days you kind of go through some of that stuff. But everything else went well. And we had a good time. We saw dolphins and even a sea...

”Great location. Minutes to the sand and local shops/restaurants. Loved Wickies lighthouse restaurant. Unit had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Chose sanibel island for the shelling and it didn't disappoint. Love this little island!”

”Clean unit, short walk to the beach, unit had games and beach chairs/cooler, etc for use. Highly recommend!”

”Perfect location for a Sanibel beach vacation!”

”I had a wonderful stay for five weeks. There were no issues whatsoever. Everything was great, and the host was very helpful.”

”We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the condo.”
