”There is only one tub/shower in the house the "second bath" is a half bath. This is problematic if all of the beds are filled. The kitchen could be better equipped. We bought a pack of knives to "donate to the cause" but cooking equipment is minimal. Those are the only negatives of the property. The back yard is fenced. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is clean, and the beds are comfy. Location is central to the town and there are many restaurant choices.”
