”The desk staff that check us in was so wonderful, room was spotless and the hotel was perfect for a good nights rest ”

”There were no eggs, I had to ask for more took a bit to get some. Pancake machine must’ve not been refilled and by that time I didn’t wanna ask for that as well, so I did with what I had.”

”Bedroom was clean. We stayed here to see foliage at Tyler State Park but two weeks early - tree leaves still green. park was great though. Breakfast had egg, sausage, biscuit and gravy - loved it. Pool hot tub was broken - major disappointment since planned that as part of coming to the hotel in the first place.”

”We stayed 3 days. 1st night we werr in a hurry. Room right by elevator sounded great to not have to deag luggage far. It was horrible sleeping so close to the elevators. So noisy elevator ding every hour especially during breakfast. Changed rooms 2nd day. Lady was rude about it, asked if "we didnt realized we were right next to the elevator" like if we could predict ot being a nuisance. That room also had a leaking shower and the TV never connected up to the watch. The next room was way better....

”Great, friendly and helpful staff and management. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend this hotel.”

”We did not get to eat breakfast. However, I was very surprised when I told the person at the desk that we missed it and she offered yogurt, fruit etc. Thought that was so so nice. Glad I thought of asking for water! Appreciate all the efforts. Thank you.”
