”Quite and tranquil!! Pet friendly! Hosts very responsive. A storm blew in and knocked out the power, the hosts kept us informed as to when the power would be restored. Many books, movies and games to chose from, which the board games came in handy during the storm . We were on need of propane one night, we messaged the hosts and they were there within minutes. This is definitely 10 stars out of 5!! Would definitely stay at Coyote Creeks again and highly recommended!”

”Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....

”The room was super easy to access and host left good, detailed directions. Portable unit was great for April! Clean, cute and comfortable. ”

”This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! ”

”This is a cute little house. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's close to the grocery store, gas station, dollar store and a restaurant. The only draw back was no outside plug to charge our boat. We would definitely stay here again.”

”I ended up staying with my friends at The Grand Harbor next door however, I did go through the cabin and found it to be super clean and inviting. All the necessities and amenities one would need were there. AC was working well cooling the place down. The view from the covered porch is amazing!!! Saw and heard so many birds which I love. Jennifer continued to check in to see if we needed anything and responded quickly if we contacted her.”
