”The building is quite old, with only a few cosmetic updates in the rooms. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the mattress was very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs while sleeping. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and professional, which we appreciated. Breakfast included a few options; I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich and French toast as it reminded me of childhood in Bulgaria, but my partner found it hard to have the same options every morning.”

”My pros and cons after spending one night:
+ Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities
+ Decent breakfast
+ Modern and clean rooms
+ Great inside spa facilities
- It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp
- Lazy in-room AC
- Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV...
