”It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

”We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

”The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.”

”Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...
