”My pros and cons after spending one night:
+ Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities
+ Decent breakfast
+ Modern and clean rooms
+ Great inside spa facilities
- It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp
- Lazy in-room AC
- Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV...

”Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.
One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area. After a hard day on the slopes, it felt like heaven. The Himalayan salt infrared sauna is a real highlight and genuinely seemed to help with recovery. The pool is also a very good size, and...

”Nice hotel and clean. Quite a bit out of the main town so if you dont have a car its a long walk there / back. Rooms were very loud, could hear people talking all night and hear doors banginfg etc. Also our room on the second floor had a constant whirring noise like from a large pipe or boiler or something. MAde it hard to sleep , that and the uncomfy beds & pillows”

”Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.”
