We had a perfect vacation! The hotel is great in a perfect location. Close to restaurants, gondolas, shops etc. The room was super clean and neat. The staff super friendly and helpful. We loved here

The Grand Lodge by Traverse Hospitality
Clean and very spacious room. Property was empty of staff. Communication was disconnected and awkward: lacked checkin details, there were no restaurants open on the mountain, building entry codes were not provided. Very different from past stays!
