”Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. ”

”The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. ”This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts. None of the sinks or bathtub had a drain stopper. It had a full size...

”The breakfast was very good, the lobby was Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was where the hotel was located. The Hotel behind this one had people hanging out around the rooms, and the smell of smoke, and liquor was pretty strong. It looked like a hangout for Thugs.”

”Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. They said they would get a hold of me within 48 hours and I have not heard from them either. Unless I hear back from somebody, I will definitely not use Expedia ever again. I’ve never had this...

”The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. ”
