”The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. ”Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. ”

”Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. ”I stayed for 4 days 5/20-5/24. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty, as well as the countertops, windows and shower floor. I asked for a new room and was unable to switch due to being “overbooked”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work so I had to keep doing to the lobby for ice. EVERY SINGLE DAY my key card would stop working and I would have to go downstairs to reactivate it (and no it was no where near my phone to deactivate itself). Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. ”This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed!
