”Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. ”The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.”

”If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. ”The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

”They had no body wash in the shower only small bars of soap. One of the lights by the bed wasn't working. They eventually fixed it after a complaint. The phone in the room did not work.”
